BREAKFAST: Mumbled Eggs

Ingredients

- 2 oz chopped mushrooms
- 1 oz unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 oz grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

Lightly sauté the mushrooms in butter in a saucepan or skillet. Beat the eggs with mustard and seasoning. Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms and cook over low heat until the eggs start to set. Stir in the cheese and cook for a couple of minutes longer. Lastly, add the cream and serve with buttered toast.
