Ravinder Kingra, of Henry and Marty's Restaurant, will show you how to make a delicious menu of Chai, Rice Pilau (Indian style rice), Chicken Korma (chicken in a rich almond-raisin cream sauce), oven-roasted Cauliflower Masala, Raita (cucumber-yogurt sauce), and Mango Lassi (buttermilk-yogurt shake with mango). We're trying something new with this month's cooking class. We have reduced the price and the length of the class, and will focus on teaching a single technique. The cost for the class will be $20 per person for one hour of instruction. We will provide recipe cards and, of course, you will have the opportunity to taste what is prepared.     Join Gigi MacMillan, the newest member of our staff, as she shows you how to prepare a delicious Morracan tagine. Tagine refers to both the style of pot and the dish prepared in it. Learn a little about the history of tagines, the traditional foods prepared in tagines, and how to make your own tagine using local ingredients.
