Richard Gnauck, of Richard's Restaurant in Brunswick, will show you how to prepare Obatzda (Bavarian cheese spread), Tomatoes with fresh Mozzarella, Cucumber Salad, Schweizer Wurstsalat (Swiss meat salad), Kartoffel Puffer Mit Apfelmus (German potato pancakes with applesauce), and Strawberries Romanoff.
