BOOK SIGNING WITH BERNARD GUILLAS

We are pleased to welcome Bernard Guillas! He will demonstrate some of his techniques for creating his favorite recipes from his most recent book, Flying Pans: Two Chefs. One World. Bernard, a native of Brittany, is Executive Chef of the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and the landmark Marine Room Restaurant in La Jolla, CA. His roster of credits include appearances in Food Arts Magazine and the television series "Great Chefs of the World." He was awarded Chef of the Year by Chef Magazine. His philanthropic pursuits include Slow Food, The James Beard Foundation, Chaine des Rotisseurs, The American Institute of Wine and Food, and international charities. Bernard's food philosophy: "A good cook is like a sorcerer who dispenses happiness on a plate."   Bernard will have for sale signed copies of his book.
