LOBSTER AND BEEF WONTONS WITH CHRIS TOY

Join Chris as he shares his favorite recipes from his parent's kitchen! Crispy lobster and beef wontons in a selection of Now You're Cooking dipping sauces followed by pungent, slow cooked garlic and black bean sauce covered baby back ribs, which will have you licking your fingers. Discover the secret of steamed ginger pork and shrimp with soy sauce and cabbage, served with steamed jasmine rice infused with sweet red Chinese sausage; a recipe found only on the "family" menus in Chinatown.
