AUSTRIAN DESSERTS WITH ROSEMARIE PERRY

Join our newest chef, Rosemarie Perry, as she shares with you two of the many desserts she learned how to prepare on her recent trip to Austria: Linzer Tart and Passponge Poppy Seed. Rosemarie is a graduate of the Southern Maine Community College Culinary Arts Program, and former owner of Panda Marie's Bakery. She also will share some of her baking secrets and tips!
